Ordered 2 different sizes for the Thermal Grizzly Kyrosheet. Unfortunately 1 of the sizes was out of stock but Adam at Astral Labs reached out to let me know what my options were right away. This is what I consider excellent customer service and focus on the customer. Happy to order from here.

Opened box and there was no product inside. They sent a second package but it was also missing product. No issues getting a refund. Astral Labs was great but Thermal Grizzly was not.
