- The ultra high performance Thermal Grizzly Minus Pads have a highly flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity and a consistency similar to kneading mass.
- Even the smallest differences in the components can be compensated very well. This means that the pads always ensure optimum heat transfer. Even the slightest pressure is sufficient for optimum fastening.
- Minus Pad Extreme is available in sizes 120×20 and 100×100 mm and in thicknesses from 0.5 to 3 mm.

General information
Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme is a thermal pad made of modified silicone that is best suited for electrical components such as PCs, notebooks, LED or LCD devices, semiconductors or transformers. It is also used for RAM, CPUs or GPUs. In general, it can be used for any component that uses a metal housing as a heat sink. Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme is currently available in the following sizes: 100 mm x 100 mm and 120 mm x 20 mm and thickness between 0.5 and 3 mm.

The Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme can operate seamlessly over a temperature range of -100°C to +200°C, making it ideal for configurations with extremely demanding applications and also ideal for industrial environments. It is ideal for water cooling and components exposed to OC.
The Minus Pad Extreme features even higher compressibility and elasticity as well as dielectric properties.
Applications:
When the Minus Pad Extreme is removed, there are significantly fewer scratches on component surfaces. Applications: Motherboard chipset, memory modules, graphics card memory and core, notebooks.
About Thermal Grizzly Minus Pad Extreme
- Description: The Thermal Grizzly minus pad extreme is a ultra high performance thermal pad with excellent thermal conductivity and properties to fill air gaps and uneven surfaces between heat source and heatsink.
- Properties: The thermal pad is silicone based with modelling clay like consistency. This allows a perfect surface shaping with maximum possible compression. The minus pad extreme is electrically insulating. Due to the consistency only one-time use is recommended. The thermal conductivity was improved by about 260 % over the minus pad 8 which allows best cooling for tough cooling operations such as voltage regulators and memory ICs.
- Storage: Store in original packaging, in a dry environment at room temperature.

The thermal pads are simply great after many years of regular use. They have very good thermal conductivity values and are easy to process and cut to size.
However, the price is quite hefty. Of course, quality comes at a price (otherwise I wouldn’t have bought it), but I find the price very heavy.

I ordered the pas as a replacement for the originals in PS4. Tailored and finished everything great! The PS4 has become quieter after installation. Great for the price!

My old thermal pads were dried up or too damp and pretty dirty then I decided to buy new ones. These thermal pads are not too damp but also not dry, rather slightly centered. They adhere very well and do their job. I put extra on something expensive because I did not want to put on bad thermal pads which could cause a hardware defect after a short time. The heat transfer rate seems to be higher than “standard pads” because the heat sink felt warmer. The giant pad can also be cut together very well.

If you are looking for a clear and precise solution about the cooler, you can get it without thinking if you don’t want to deal with much. The price may be a little high but it really makes a lot of difference when it comes to cold keeping.
